CANCELLATION POLICY

At Bare Complexions, our commitment is to deliver the finest service to our guests while respecting their time as well as our own. We recognize that life can sometimes be unpredictable. To ensure fairness and to secure your appointment, we have established the following policies. 📌 Booking & Cancellation Policy: Retainer Fee A 50% retainer fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount will go toward your final balance. Payments Are accepted via credit/debit card or other methods available through our booking system. Cancellations/Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Your retainer fee will be applied to your next appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of retainers fee. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no-show. If you are more than 15 minutes late with notice, a $20 late fee will be applied and added to your service total. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice will forfeit the retainer fee. Future bookings will require full payment in advance.
